  • It combines a wide range of techniques found in Aikido, Judo, Ju Jitsu and Wing Chung.
  • It is scientific in its approach as it is a system based upon scientific principles and concepts of anatomy, strategy, biomechanics, and causality.
  • MCR HAPKIDO is a system for everyone; it is Ideal for Men and Women it is “Low Impact”- Physical Fitness not essential.

KRAV MAGA is a military combat system developed for the Israel Defence Forces (IDF) and it has been adopted by and supported by law enforcement and military organisations worldwide such as the British SAS, US Marine Corps and the French Police RAID unit.
