Kang Han is a martial arts club based in Nottingham, England. We offer a range of sports including Taekwondo, Boxing, Gymnastics and Mixed Martial Arts. We ensure that people are able to develop  at their own pace, to their own level, all in an accredited and safe environment. We aim to increase the self-esteem and confidence of those who train here by providing a variety of ways to keep fit, healthy and to have fun. Whether you’re looking to become a black belt or just want to keep fit, Kang Han has something for everyone.
